As Shown — $3,500: Includes the sofa in your choice of over 100 approved fabrics. Choosing from this selection does not add an upholstery charge.
Optional Custom Upholstery / COM — $6,000 total: Includes the sofa and upholstery labor using an outside-vendor fabric or your own material (COM). Fabric purchases, special handling, and unusual material requirements are quoted separately. Your approved fabric replaces the color shown in the selected option.
Timing: Outside-fabric / COM upholstery typically takes 6–8 weeks after approved fabric arrives at our facility; sourcing and delivery time are additional. See this listing’s As Shown availability and delivery estimates, or contact us to confirm current timing.

Sunbeam sourced leather optional upholstery
$7,000 total for the complete sofa or loveseat configuration selected. Includes the furniture, Sunbeam-sourced leather, and upholstery labor. This option adds $1,000 to the existing custom-upholstery total; the dropdown shows the complete price, not an additional charge.
