Upholstered in textured Olive Grove fabric, the sectional features loose back cushions and comfortable foam seating for everyday lounging. Its modular construction creates a clean, connected silhouette, while short black feet keep the expansive form grounded.

Optional Custom Upholstery / Outside Fabric / COM
The optional variant price includes the sofa plus the upholstery labor surcharge. Included approved fabric selections carry no COM surcharge. Outside fabric purchases, special handling and unusual materials are quoted separately. COM orders are made to order: allow approximately 6–8 weeks after approved fabric arrives, plus sourcing, shipping and approval time. Fabric suitability, yardage, availability and approval must be confirmed before production. The standard arrival estimate above applies to As Shown only.
Upholstery Options & Pricing
- As Shown — $1,895 total: The photographed sectional in its standard listed upholstery.
- Optional Custom Upholstery / Outside Fabric / COM — $5,395 total: Furniture plus upholstery labor for customer-owned or outside-vendor fabric, $3,500 above As Shown. Outside fabric purchases, special handling and unusual material costs are quoted separately and are not included.
- Sunbeam sourced leather optional upholstery — $7,395 total: Furniture, Sunbeam-sourced genuine leather and upholstery labor, $2,000 above the approved $5,395 COM/custom-upholstery total. Leather selection is subject to approval; pictured As Shown fabric is unchanged.
Approved manufacturer/Sunbeam included fabrics do not incur the outside-fabric COM surcharge. Select the corresponding listed configuration; prices above apply to this specific sectional only.
Custom upholstery timing: Approximately 6–8 weeks after approved fabric or leather arrives at our facility. Sourcing, shipping and approval time are additional; this is not a promised completion date. Fabric/leather suitability, yardage, available selections and production approval must be confirmed before work begins. Special handling and extra fabric purchases are quoted separately. No automatic production hold is implied.
