DESCRIPTION

Brian Davis Laguna Beach Museum of Art Exhibition Poster

A striking exhibition poster featuring the work of artist Brian Davis, created for his Pochoir Paintings exhibition at the Laguna Beach Museum of Art. The composition centers on a dramatic purple iris with elongated teal-green leaves against a deep black background, framed by crisp purple typography.

The poster documents the exhibition held April 12–May 24, 1981, and is presented in a slim metallic frame. Its bold botanical imagery and graphic color palette give it a sophisticated early-1980s presence that works beautifully as both an art-world collectible and decorative wall piece.
