1970’s Italian Original Zanotta 4 Piece Modular Sofa Reupholstered in Checkered Velvet
An exceptional original 1970s Italian modular sofa by Zanotta, newly reupholstered in a rich checkered velvet that beautifully emphasizes its bold, architectural form. Composed of four modular pieces, the sofa features deeply tufted backs, generously cushioned seating, and substantial rolled arms that give it the unmistakable low-slung glamour of Italian design from the era.
The deep burgundy velvet is woven with a small-scale geometric check, adding dimension and a slightly decadent quality without competing with the sofa’s sculptural silhouette. Its modular construction allows the pieces to be configured to suit the room, making it as versatile as it is visually commanding.
