DESCRIPTION

Red Fruit on the Table Textured Abstract Still Life Painting

BIO:

Julio De La Concha is a Mexican American contemporary artist based in Palm Springs known for his vibrant abstract paintings, graffiti modernism, and colorful Mid Century inspired compositions. Influenced by artists such as Pablo Picasso, Vincent van Gogh, and Joan Miró, De La Concha creates bold works that blend modernism, desert culture, architecture, and global artistic influences.

After studying art and industrial design in Veracruz, Mexico, he relocated to Los Angeles in the late 1980s, later establishing a successful studio practice in Palm Springs. His artwork is collected by interior designers, private collectors, and businesses for its striking use of color, minimalist forms, and strong connection to Mid Century Modern interiors.
