DESCRIPTION
Vintage Burlwood Dining Table, Attributed to Drexel
Burlwood gives this vintage dining table its visual identity, bringing layered grain and natural pattern to a form that does not need much ornament. The richness of the wood makes the table feel decorative before the room is even set, which is exactly why burl works so well in interiors that mix vintage and contemporary pieces.
Attributed to Drexel based on the existing Sunbeam record, we keep the maker language qualified rather than presenting it as authenticated. We'd pair it with quieter seating in leather, cane, or solid upholstery so the burl remains the focal point rather than competing with another strong pattern.
