Vintage 1980s Bauer Brass and Lucite Desk Lamp
A striking vintage 1980s Bauer desk lamp featuring an elegant combination of polished brass and clear Lucite. Its long, slender brass arm extends diagonally from a transparent rectangular base, creating a sculptural, architectural silhouette with a distinctly modernist character.
The adjustable brass shade and articulated construction bring both style and functionality to the design, while the clear Lucite base showcases the lamp's mechanical details and gives it a light, almost floating appearance. The warm metallic finish contrasts beautifully with the transparent elements, capturing the sophisticated, high-design aesthetic of the 1980s.
Equal parts functional lighting and statement sculpture, this distinctive lamp makes a beautiful addition to a desk, console, or thoughtfully curated interior.
