DESCRIPTION

1960s Franklin Shockey Sculptured Mid-Century Modern Dresser

A distinctive 1960s Mid-Century Modern dresser from Franklin Shockey’s Sculptured collection of North Carolina. The tall chest features six generously sized drawers with dramatic molded fronts, gently curved contours, and sleek metal pulls that emphasize the collection’s sculptural design language.

Raised on tapered wood legs, the dresser balances its substantial vertical profile with classic mid-century proportions. The flowing drawer fronts give the piece a bold architectural quality, making it both practical storage and a striking statement piece for a bedroom or collected modern interior.
