I studied at the Academy of Art under Joan Brown and later at the San Francisco Art Institute, shaping my figurative approach and artistic direction. After years painting independently in San Francisco, I returned to Fresno, where with the support of my wife and four children. I continued to work and produce art steadily. In 1999, I joined Fig Tree Gallery and had my first solo exhibition.
